Uptime Institute lists AKASHI Data Center 1, Phase 1 with Tier IV TCDD. Design certified — not the built hall. TCDD is not TCCF.

MEP rough-in
Cooling headers, power distribution, and fire suppression being installed.

Commissioning works
Comprehensive testing and tuning of all engineering systems before DC handover.

TCCF constructed-facility audit
Uptime Institute on-site audit of the built facility (TCCF). Separate from TCDD.
