Two loading docks with freight elevators
Dedicated storage space in each building
Offices for client work in the administrative building
Electric vehicle charging stations on site

Power supply

Up to 28 MW for IT equipment
2 power infrastructure feeds
110 kV dual-redundant active/active power supplies
Dual redundant N+N power supply for each enclosure
UPS with 5/4N redundancy, providing at least 10 minutes of battery life
Backup generators with 5/4N redundancy and 12 hours of autonomous operation at full load
Two independent fuel suppliers with guaranteed supply of no more than 4 hours

Fire detection and suppression

Three-stage fire detection systems in server rooms and UPS installation areas, including aspiration
Gaseous fire suppression in server rooms and UPS rooms
Dual redundancy of extinguishing gas
Fire detection and suppression systems are connected to the central BMS

Cooling

Refrigeration units with free-cooling and 5/4N redundancy
The cooling infrastructure is individually controlled and linked to the BMS

Building management systems (BMS and EMS)

Real-time monitoring of building electrical and mechanical infrastructure systems
Two independent control centers and situation rooms
Dedicated management and operations team on-site 24/7
